- How is this different from a normal chatbot?
- Traditional chatbots run on scripted intents and keyword matching. Our agent is grounded in your live catalog and docs, can call tools (add to cart, check stock, look up orders), and responds in natural language. It actually completes transactions instead of just routing tickets.
- Will it hallucinate product details or policies?
- The agent answers from your ingested catalog and documents. If a question falls outside that grounded context, it declines or escalates to a human — rather than inventing.
- What platforms do you support today?
- Shopify and WooCommerce at launch. BigCommerce, Wix, and custom storefronts are supported via product-feed ingestion and a script tag — full native integrations for those platforms are on the roadmap.
- How fast is setup?
- Most stores are live in about 30 minutes: connect your catalog, point us at your docs, drop in the script tag, and configure tone.
- How is pricing structured?
- Pricing is custom per store while we work with our early partners, based on catalog size and conversation volume. Book a demo for a quote tailored to your traffic.
- What about refunds and compliance certifications?
- Return requests are initiated in chat and sent to your store admin — actual refund processing stays in your existing tools (Shopify Admin, Stripe, etc.) so money flow and chargeback handling stay in a system you control. Formal compliance certifications (SOC 2, SSO, DPA) are on the roadmap, not claimed at launch.
